Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style of yoga that’s suitable for every body. Each class links movement with breath, gradually warming the muscles and preparing the body for longer, deeper stretches. This breath-led flow helps quiet the mind, ease stress, and bring you fully into the present moment.

Over time, you may notice a gentle build in your strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing — until one day, the aches and stiffness you arrived with are simply… gone. Plus, you can probably count on a blissfully restful night’s sleep after class.

🌿 Private 1:1 Sessions:
Tailored to your needs — available in-person or via Zoom

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, my approach is inclusive, supportive, and always down-to-earth. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or ‘good’ at yoga — just willing to show up and move with your breath.
