Massage Therapy

• 1-hour home visit massage

  • £60 in local villages (Widford & Hunsdon)

  • £65-70 in other areas of East Hertfordshire, travel time dependent.

  • £80 in North London

• 30-minute home visit massage

  • £40 in local villages (Widford & Hunsdon)

Yoga Classes

• Vinyasa Flow Yoga Drop-in Class (70 minutes)

  • £10 per session

  • £5 for under 18s

• Private Yoga Classes (at home or via Zoom)

Additional Treatments

I am currently training in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Musculoskeletal Acupuncture. After an initial consultation and treatment, I may offer cupping and acupuncture as complementary therapies to help with persistent injuries or conditions.

At this stage, I’m accepting clients for these treatments on a donation-only basis, and only by invitation, once you are an existing client. This allows me to provide additional support tailored to your needs while continuing my training.

Note: All massage sessions, including pregnancy massage, are offered as home visits for your comfort and convenience unless you would prefer to come to an alternative venue whilst my home therapy room is being rennovated.
