Deep Tissue
This type of massage is ideal if you don’t have a specific injury or problem but want a deeply relaxing treatment that still works into the muscles and tissues. It gently loosens areas of tension and tightness, promotes better circulation, and helps release built-up stress—leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and fully restored.

Tuina
Tuina (pronounced "twee-nah") is a form of traditional Chinese massage that works along the body’s energy channels, or meridians, to support the flow of Qi (vital energy) and restore balance. It uses a variety of techniques — including kneading, rolling, and acupressure — to release tension, improve circulation, and support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
Unlike a spa-style massage, Tuina is deeply therapeutic and often used to address specific issues like muscular pain, joint stiffness, stress, or fatigue. It can be a standalone treatment or beautifully integrated into a wider massage session to enhance results.
