Hi, I’m Charli — a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, Deep Tissue and Tuina Acupressure specialist, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher based in the lovely village of Hunsdon, East Hertfordshire, near Ware and Widford.
I offer a range of therapeutic massage treatments designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re recovering from an injury or event, dealing with everyday aches and pains, or simply needing some time to relax and unwind. My treatments blend sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and traditional Tuina acupressure to help ease tension, support recovery, and bring more balance to your body and mind.

I also teach warm, inclusive yoga classes in Hertfordshire, Essex, and London, both in groups and one-to-one. My approach to Vinyasa Flow is creative, supportive, and completely free of the usual studio pressure — just a space for you to move, breathe, and be yourself. I love curating thoughtful playlists, weaving in playful elements, and seeing a sense of community naturally grow in class.
